How do I place an order? |
| A. |
First you browse our selection of apparel
and related items. Once you find what you are looking for, simply
enter the quantity per item, color and size on each product page.
Then you click the "Add To Cart" button and proceed to checkout.
Before checkout you will be prompted to attach your logo to your order,
and to pick the colors of your logo from our thread chart. Once that
is complete you will enter your personal information and continue
the checkout process. |

What happens to my attached logo? |

Your logo goes to our art department where we will set it up for embroidery. Once complete you will receive an e-mail link to view and approve your logo so we may start production of your order. You will receive a sew out to approve usually within 1-2 business days from date order is placed. |

How much is the set-up fee? |
| A. |
Logo set-up fee is $50 for all new orders (for logos up to 15,000 stitches). Once your logo has been set up, you will NOT be charged a set-up fee for subsequent orders using that logo. If your logo is above 15,000 stitches, an additional (per garment) charge will be added to offset the additional embroidery for each order you place. Logos between 15,001 – 20,000 stitches will incur an additional (per garment) charge of $1.00. Logos between 20,0001 – 30,000 stitches will incur an additional (per garment) charge of $2.00. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY CDEMB PRIOR TO PRODUCTION IF YOUR LOGO IS LARGER THAN 15,000 STITCHES. |

What happens if I do not like
how my embroidered logo looks on the apparel I select? |

If you do not like how your logo looks, you will enter the details you want to change in the text box provided. From there you click on the "Disapproved" button and your logo will go back to the art department for revision. |

How can I find out the status of my order? |
| A. |
You can use our UPS link to track your order once it has shipped. If your order has not shipped, please contact us directly at 1-877-291-4303 or abois@carpedieminc.com. Note: If you use the logo approval program to contact us after your logo is approved, you will pull your logo out of the production queue and delay your order. |

What do I do if I do not have a logo to attach to my order? |

You can send the logo to us when available at: abois@carpedieminc.com Keep in mind that we will not start your order until your art is received and approved. Also note, we consider anything stitched on our products to be a logo, even if it is just text. |

What if I am a returning customer? |
| A. |
If you are a returning customer we should have your
logo on file. During the checkout process simply check the box stating
your logo is on file or existing and give us a brief description of
your logo. If you are not making significant changes to your logo,
you will not have to pay the set up fee again. Order minimum for embroidered
apparel is 12 pieces for shirts/jackets/accessories and 12 pieces
for hats. Hats and shirts/jackets/accessories cannot be combined to
reach the 12 piece minimum. |

How long will my order take? |

Production time is 2-3 weeks from the date you approve your logo. Shipping time can be determined using our UPS Time-in-Transit map at checkout. |

How do I pay for my order? |
| A. |
You pay for your order at checkout, and we accept, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. |

Can I add to my order once it has been placed? |
| A. |
You will not be able to add to the order after it has been placed. You must return to cdemb.com and place a new order. |

What if the logo I attach is larger than the 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches included in the embroidery price? |

If your logo is larger than 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches after resizing we will quote the additional embroidery and setup charges before production. Logos between 15,001 – 20,000 stitches will incur an additional (per garment) charge of $1.00. Logos between 20,0001 – 30,000 stitches will incur an additional (per garment) charge of $2.00. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY CDEMB PRIOR TO PRODUCTION IF YOUR LOGO IS LARGER THAN 15,000 STITCHES. |

Can I get my shirts personalized with names? |

Yes, you can. When choosing your logo location for each item, you can also select personalization. Once all items are in your shopping cart, you will click on the link in the “sizes/colors – upcharges” column. In the next screen you will chose personalization location, font type, thread color, and indicate the personalization for each item. |

What are Carpe Diem’s return policies? |

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department directly within 30 days of order delivery. We will issue a Returns Authorization Number (RA#) for your return/exchange. Note if the RA# is not on the outside of your return, the shipment will be refused. Also, RA#s are only valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of washed or worn items. Our customer service number is 1-877-291-4303. |

Is there a rush option available? |

Yes, if you need your items for a specific date then please let us know. If you would like for the order to ship 10 business days from date of logo approval there is a $1 extra per item and also any applicable expedited shipping. |
